This fall brought a lot of news in the world of fine dining. Lots of new restaurants opening up, legendary dining spots went through major transformations and chefs came up with amazing new menus. If you are looking for a nice place to enjoy dinner, then take a look at the selection below:

Le Duèze, Château de Mercuès
Mercuès, France

The Michelin-starred restaurant Le Duèze, part of the hotel and wine estate Château de Mercuès in south-west France went through a complete refurbishment. The place was closed in November 2017 and undergone a transformation directed by architect Axel Letellier, worth over one-million-Euro. It involved not just a new decor and furnishings, but also a chef’s table, that will bring diners into the newly designed kitchen for experiential meals.

Alternatively, guests can opt for a seven-course tasting menu.

Kerridge’s Bar & Grill, Corinthia Hotel
London, UK

London has a new addition on its list of great restaurants. Michelin-starred chef Tom Kerridge opened a new restaurant at the Corinthia Hotel in September. Simply called Kerridge’s Bar & Grill, the place aims to give Londoners the chance to enjoy classic British dishes with a fresh twist.

The menu features dishes such as Cornish crab vol-au-vent with avocado, green apple and crab bisque, glazed omelette lobster thermidore, fish and chips and other popular dishes.

Taking inspiration from old English pubs, the place features a dark green and burgundy color scheme, leather-upholstered dining chairs and button-backed banquettes. There are also a rotisserie and a bar separated from the dining room.

Il Ristorante Niko Romito, Bvlgari Hotel Milano
Milan, Italy

Earlier this month, Bvlgari Hotel Milano announced the opening of its new dining venue, Il Ristorante Niko Romito. Romito has spent two years developing a menu for Bvlgari, with a quest to deliver simplicity, synthesis and the quintessence of flavour. He was inspired by traditional Italian recipes, such as lasagna or tiramisu, which he reinterpreted in order to create contemporary culinary creations.

Shang Palace, Shangri-la Hotel, Paris
Paris, France

The highly awaited reopening of the Shang Palace at Shangri-la Hotel in Paris came with a couple of surprises – a new menu and tea pairing. This is the only Michelin-starred Chinese restaurant in the city, led by chef Samuel Lee.

The menu includes dishes such as braised pork belly pyramids served with steamed buns or fried Gillardeau No 2 special oysters accompanied by caviar. Each dish is served with a tea pairing, according to the traditions of Gongfu Cha ceremony.
