Famous footballers and their extensive list of investments is a far wider field than we can imagine. One footballer who is currently in news for his latest business venture is none other than football superstar Cristiano Ronaldo, who made a mega investment in the hair transplantation business last month.
His dream project has now taken the shape of reality as he launched his brand new hair clinic – Insparya, in Madrid, Spain, on Monday.
The Juventus forward has indicated that his new venture will aim to assist the Spanish people and the country’s economy.

The Portuguese great attended the opening ceremony on Monday alongside girlfriend Georgina Rodriguez. The company belongs to the Insparya group where its 50 percent ownership is with the five-time Ballon d’Or winner.

Cristiano said, “Alopecia is a very big problem in Europe and around the world and we want to help people improve their self-esteem and not be ashamed to come to us.”
“Everyone likes to take care of their image and I am a very clear example of this, and that is why when Paulo (Ramos, CEO of the group) told me about this project, I immediately realized that it was something unique.”
“This project is going to be a success, as we want to help the Spaniards and the Spanish economy.”

When asked if he has ever had a hair transplant procedure, the football maestro replied, ” When I think it’s necessary [to have a transplant], of course I’ll do it.”, reports TMZ.
Ronaldo is not the first athlete to venture into the hair transplant business. NFL star Brian Urlacher also got into the business after his football career, while Wes Welker, another NFL star, also got a transplant of his own back in 2012.
