Launched at the beginning of the summer of 2017, Studio One Accommodation Suites has 32 rooms and it is located in the heart of the West Gate Business Centre business environment. Studio One Accommodation Suites provides all the facilities that the guests may require – large sunny rooms, kitchenette, A/C, bathroom, WIFI access thoughout the property, office and minibar.
Studio One Accommodation Suites is a project that fulfils the needs of business accommodation that the companies located in the West Gate Business Park had. „It is easier and more productive to accommodate your business partners or colleagues only 3 mins away from your company’s office, instead of crossing the entire city during the day. Nevertheless, this is a premiere on the romanian office building market that allows the business people to stay focused on their activity.” declares Liviu Tudor, the president and founder of Genesis Property.
The facilities that West Gate had allowed the investor to quickly create this pilot program for business accommodation. „Studio One is on the same level as a 4 stars hotel when it comes to comfort, rooms size and provided services. We have perfected the internal flows for 12 months, in order to provide the best services for our clients. Now we may say it offers a complete experience.” adds Cristian Slave, General Manager of Studio One.
Besides the accommodation unit, the entire complex offers its 10.000 daily customers an entire range of services – parking spaces (over 800 places), restaurants and fast-food, supermarket, pharmacy, club, 3 coffee-shops, a library, space for events, car-wash, a dry cleaning unit, fitness area, tennis court and outdoor relaxation spaces. „It is a city within the city. All this happens inside our huge green space (15.000 sqm), like no other business park has.” said Liviu Tudor.
By the end of this summer, the facilities will be completed with another premiere – the first outdoor pool surrounded by a running / rollerblade track and situated inside a business park. The guests will be able to recharge their batteries before starting a meeting – either run around the pool or swim in the morning.
Currently, West Gate Business Park has a 100% occupancy rate and hosts international companies such as Societe Generale European Business Services, Accenture, Alpha Bank, Carestream, Citi, Dacia-Renault, Ericsson, Siemens, Panasonic and WNS. Genesis Property is a real-estate development company, with over 15 years of experience on the local market. The company developed Novo Park and West Gate Business Park, totalizing a leasable area of 150.000 sqm Class A office spaces.
