Louis Vuitton Debuts 2018 FIFA World Cup Collection

Since 2010, Louis Vuitton has partnered with FIFA for the creation of the travel case for the illustrious World Cup trophy. For this year’s tournament in Russia, the luxury fashion house took thing to a whole new level, by presenting an entire leather goods collection.

Inspired by the official match ball of the The 1970 FIFA World Cup, the capsule collection includes variations of Keepall and Apollo bags, as well as a selection of smaller leather items. Most of the styles are available in three colorways and each of them is made of Louis Vuitton’s iconic Epi leather.

The featured hexagon design is reminiscent of a classic football ball, with each color hexagon boasting a textured feel.

A more exclusive “Made-to-Order” Keepall is then showcased in eight pentagon hues, associated with the colors of almost any national flag. To complement, an Epi leather luggage tag can be embossed with any of the 35 participating flags.

Louis Vuitton’s 2018 FIFA World Cup collection will be available from June 15 to July 15 in select LV stores and online.
